That is funny!
There is nothing that will make Christianity attractive . No matter whatever slogan they would come up with.

Which slogan is that?

"Jesus loves you" ??

OHHHH, you mean when we ask you to seriously reconsider the direction your life has taken and reevalutate your belief system? Gee, sorry, didn't realize introspection was so painful for you.

Don't worry, most churches really don't use the hellfire and brimstone approach any more. Yes, the church has become more touchy-feely and will instead try to highlight Christ's love for you. Don't hold your breath for butterflies and rainbows though...if the picture could be painted to look that rosey we wouldn't need Jesus in the first place.

Jesus died to pay for sin...if you are a sinner (and we all are) then part of the pain He endured was for you. He offered Himself freely as a sacrifice to pay for the mistakes of others, and all you have to do is repent of the lifestyle you have now and accept His gift of salvation.

Otherwise you get to burn in Hell. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

While I get the point you're trying to make, it's not just some Christians that use this same type of "slogan." Many do this. Calling anyone "stupid and ignorant" is not only NOT going to change any minds, it will only harden minds.

This method of proselytizing reminds me of the people who go to gay Pride parades and carry gigantic signs saying, "You Will Burn In Hell." Or the homophobic group of revilers who go to funerals of gay people with signs that proclaim the deceased is "Burning in Hell" and "God Hates Fags."

If anyone thinks this is an effective way to bring anyone else to Christ, they are sadly mistaken.

This would explain mankind in general terms. We are foolish. But for a dictionary to state it, is rude. Being learned in the ways of the world does NOT make you smart. When you die, and your brain turns to dust you will realize this. Everything you poured into it about the world, is now worthless. And everything about God you ignored, is now worth your own immortal soul.

With love through Christ Jesus,

Dusty

You do not need to buy a dictionary on that idea or topic. You know yourself to be the most ignorant man ever live in this world. You will know the meaning of ignorant if you examine yourself.I hate to say this b ut you are forcing us not to respect you because you do not know how to respect our right.

I actually probably would. It's pretty funny. I think if more people advertised like that there would be less stupid people lol.

it sounds like you have a problem with your conscience.
why do you think that is a christian slogan? it would probably read "you are sinful, so you need God..."
time to end the decietful mischaracterizations.
