Alright last week I got the bunion on my right foot removed and this morning I got my stitches out and I was told I could take showers normally and my foot would be ok getting wet. I got the stitches out around 9:30 this morning and then I took a shower around 4:00. When I got in the shower my stomach immediatly started hurting. And when I put my foot down the pain was definitely intensified. After a few minutes I couldn't take it anymore, I just washed my hair and immediatly got out. I thought I was going to throw up. Then I was sitting in bed and slept for four hours.

Does anyone know why this all may have I happened? =/
Thanks in advance.

Standing in the shower barefoot was probably too much for your foot after the surgery and the stitches being removed. You have to take it pretty easy on your foot for at least six weeks. Wear some sort of soft house slipper in the shower. The reason you felt sick to your stomach was the intense pain. do not do a lot of walking at this time. Give your foot time to recover.
