Some people don't see their own faults, a lot of the things they do are done subconsciously. However, Unless someone has a serious mental illness, one that is psychologically diagnosed... There is no excuse for anyone not to consider and react to their faults. I do see my own faults, it's accepting them and changing them that's the problem for many people. Everyone tends to look a others faults in order to feel better about themselves. For example, A petty thief might look at a mass murdered and say his deeds are less. But sins should not have degrees. They should all be considered sins and treated like that. Out of the realms of spirituality, people should look at the morality within them. Judge yourself before judging others. Easier said than done, this is why there is so much destruction and racism in the world. People always strive to be better than others and suppress their own faults. You know what they say, We can burn the rope but the knot might still remain. I pray inshallah that people learn to correct themselves before pointing fingers at others. Allah is just, he sees all.
May Allah reward you and yours.
Jazakallah Khair.

I pray to see my faults ( not that I like them) so I can become better. A prayer I use from the book of Psalms that I clallenge people to ernestly pray for a month ,at least is Psalms 139:23&24"Search me O God, and know my heart:try me and know my thoughts: and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlating.

No, not always...it's hard to judge oneself. But when I stop to think about it and I catch myself at a fault, doing or saying somthing, I feel mortified sometimes..all I can do is improve, hopefully successfully.. I need to learn to just be kind to myself, I am harder on me than on anyone else.

Sometimes
But not always
that's why I always need others to show me my fault and remind me to make my self better

I use to have a hard time looking in the mirror at myself. My spirit heard a whisper, "you should pray for the man in the mirror, since he prays for others.

Oh yes. I procrastinate. I can be lazy. I can be too critical. I sometimes get angry easily although I do try to control that.

yes, one of the hardest things to do is look youself in the mirror and name your own faults, I try and fail and I try and succeed, nobody is perfect, but it helps if you at least try.
