As in America, it's probably due to shifting population demographics due to reduced fertility (which is due to the changing socio-economic status women, and accomplished via birth control and abortion). As fertility declines, the average age of the population increases. Crime is generally associated with young men. Less boys being born means fewer young men to be criminals.

Huh? I am going to have to guess at what you mean, since the question doesn't make much sense.

If you are asking if an increase in Muslim immigration into Canada is responsible for the 25% drop in crime in Canada, I would say probably not. Hasn't ALL immigration increased into Canada? Why would you corelate it to only Muslims?
