There are a lot of great rock ballads out there. If you like 80's music their are a lot of hair band ballads. Some Suggestions:

I know this is what the first person who answered said, but my fiance and I are using "I'll Stand By You" by The Pretenders...it's more of a rock ballad, but it's one of my favorite songs, and the first song we ever danced to...I love it. Good luck and congrats!!

My fiance and I are having our first dance song, Into the Mystic by Van Morrison, not sure if it's considered rock or not, but we don't care we both love that song!! : )
