I know the EXACT one you are talking about. I looked everywhere for it. Loved it and it completely suited us too. Even contacted the magazine with the ad that did it (which was like an expedia ad or something) and found out that it was custom made for them for the ad.
So if you want it--you do have to get it custom made. Then I discovered how expensive it was to get it custom made and didn't go with it. Most were roughly $200-500 to make them. But consider making them yourself or looking online to find people who custom made them. Good luck.

I tell everyone to try and make their cake toppers themselves.
Look on the internet or email me for a salt dough recipie. You can make a giant bowl for about 5 dollars. Mold it to make what you want. It air dries super hard like clay then all you do is paint.
Even if you don't think you are crafty, try it. Me and my HTB had a fun little date night making our toppers and if you can't do one you are happy with you are only out $5 and a good time.

HELLO!!
Not that I would EVER try to be facetious, I think you should get a little more creative and comical. I don't know if you're old enough to remember the toy, "Rock-em'Sock-em' Robots" ( (they came in a miniature boxing ring, one robot was blue and the other red) The object of the game was to "knock each other's "blocks" (heads) off.
Find one of each, and make that your topping instead.

They are expensive, but they do a really nice job making it look like the actual couple, and it's something you can keep forever...my cousin had one made, but she submitted her idea like a year in advance, she said the person only took like 15 orders a year.
