Just go to the hospital because they do Incision and Drainage (I & D) there. Don't try to prick it with a pointed thing like a needle because as the fluid leaks to your body part they will grow there. So I suggest to go the doctor coz they know what will they do about that.

You might want to see your doctor about this problem. Abscesses are infections and it just might be that you have an over-abundance of bacteria that cause the infection. Sterilizing a needle with alcohol or with heat (such as a lighter, etc.) and poking a hole in it will allow the puss to drain. You can put dry gauze over them to catch the drainage to keep it off of your clothes and it might also help as far as the pain factor. Make sure to keep the drained abscesses clean and make sure your hands are clean before touching them by either washing in soap and water OR waterless products like Germ-X and Purell, which contain 60% or better alcohol. If it has less than 60% alcohol, dont buy it because it will not be effective. If you keep getting the abscesses in the same places over and over again, see your doc and he might have a solution.

You do need to see a doctor. These are probably boils which are a staff infections. Some years ago I had a bout with them. My doctor told me to bath with Phisoderm at least 3 times a week to kill the staff that naturally lives on our skin. It did the trick and I quit getting them.

I mean come on this sounds really gross in the draining situation you describe to us.
And instead of trying to be your own doctor you sound like you need to see a real one and get this problem taken care of professionally.
Before this turns into and infection and it goes hay wire on you quit trying to take care of something that is truly out of your control and get the professional help you need ok.

I would say a hot bath and some sort of medical cream, in most cases this is normal as you grow into adult-hood or as your body matures...but any-way it wouldn't hurt to go to the DR. and let them take a look at it,
