I use heavy duty aluminum foil. I use "Durkee's" Grill Creation chicken & rib rub, alittle salt & pepper. Then I pour on the bbq sauce. and cook about 45 min. on 375. Or marinate them overnight to let the flavors soak in good.
My brother told me once he use coka-cola to marinte some of his meats in.I tried a roast like that .gives it a sweeter taste and tenderizes it more.

mix you favorite seasoning and BBQ sauce in bowl. rub all over ribs. wrap ribs in plastic wrap (also known as saran wrap) used to cover leftovers. Then wrap ribs in foil trying to seal the foil as well as you can. Cook at 350 for 2 to 3 hours, pull out of the oven, unwrap and enjoy.

First off... I never boil my ribs. Beef ribs will be tender if you cook them right. I usually marinade them (wash them and place in Ziploc bag with worscheshire sause, a little water, cider vinegar, 2 cloves garlic and crushed red peppers flakes to coat) for 2-3 hours... preheat oven for 350 degrees... place ribs in large baking pan, add salt and pepper to taste (I usually add onions in the bottom of the pan) and place on the middle rack for 1 hour... flip ribs after the hour and place back into for another half hour... take ribs out, cover with BBQ sause and lower oven to 300 degrees before placing ribs back in for another hour (the key to tender ribs is slow cooking...Ribs should fall right off the bone... WITHOUT BOILING THEM.... gross!... Enjoy

I bake them after i marinate and season them at 350 for about 2 or more hours, then I pour off the oil and put sauce on them and finish them until tender maybe another 1/2 hr to 45 min being sure to keep basting them.

My mom makes great ones by boiling them in a pot of water first to take some of the fat off. Once they are warmed through, she puts them on a cookie sheet and coats them in BBQ sauce and bakes them in a 350 oven until done. You know they are done when tender and no pink on the bone.

Beef ribs are best if they are parboiled first. Take your ribs and submerge them in a pot filled with water, onion, garlic, and rosemary. Throw in a couple of lemon slices if you want to. Boil the ribs for approximately 1 hour and remove. Drain and place in baking dish or broiler pan. Let cool while you are making a rub out of minced garlic, kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, brown sugar, and cumin. Rub on your ribs and let sit for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (if really meaty) If you have a favorite sauce, slather it on at 15 minute intervals. When meat is tender and ready to fall off the bone, its done..

You can cook them in a crock pot or a covered roaster in the oven. They should be uncovered for the last 1/2 hour.
