Actually, there has not been a warming trend since 1999. Check the scientific facts - ignore the politicians, hollywood morons, and handful of scientists who are benefitting financially from the ignorant masses of people willing to jump on the global warming bandwagon.
Hey guess how much of greenhouse gases were emitted during the global warming cancert "Live Earth" ... 22000 TONS!!! This includes limousine rides to and from the concert, and helicopters and fixed wing aircraft rides to and from the concert. How do you think all those performers and fans got there, by walking or riding the bus?
Global warming is NATURAL! The earth has been going through cycles of global warming and global cooling since its formation.
Hey did you ever wonder why Greenland is called Greenland? Because it used to be green! A thousand or so years ago, the settlers there were farmers, and the land was lush. Then, what scientists call the Little Ice Age occured, and Greenland was slowly covered by ice. Now, a thousand or so years later, guess what: Green lands ice is slowly melting and the land is returning to its original state! And so the CYCLE continues.
Get the facts! Don't listen to greedy politicians like Al Gore, and greedy scientists who make tons of grant money by convincing our politicians that we are in some crises. Rather listen to the thousands upon thousands of scientists who say mankind is NOT contributing to some global warming disaster. Just look at the scientific data.

No not totally .but all the coastal areas will one day be submerged.Florida will be under water one day.but i am buying some higher ground land where i figure the ocean will finally end up at.and my great grandchildren will get rich selling ocean front property !!!Praise God for everything my dear mother told me. stay positive and have faith
maybe one day they will make a looooong flexible pipe and pump some of our oceans water to mars so i can go wind sailing on the ocean we make their.and bring back Florida, after it is submerged. i like Florida. But to be totally honest. i believe this world is doomed.the other species will be driven to extinction mostly and we will die off by the billions. i hope we die off to just a few million people left on earth before we kill off the other species and pollute the land and water were we all cant live without everyone getting cancer.one in four will NOW get cancer because of the pollution, the carcinogens.the earth is doomed. were parasites on mother earths skin.
Peace

Hi there, Go back and look at what I added on your Who can sing the loudest? Question. I added more information for you.
As to this question: I believe that a great part of the earth will be covered by water. The bible tells us that the earth will be consumed by fire.

No, if you put water and ice cubes in a glass to the brim, does the glass overflow when the ice cubes melt? No, most of the ice and snow is floating in water in the Artic, what is on land is not enough to flood the world.

I don't believe that global warming, as we understand it, will result in the destruction of the world. It is a call to greater enviormental awareness though.
