If Jesus is God then who was He crying out to on the cross?There are many instances in the bible that clearly demonstrate they are not one and the same. God and Jesus were of the same spirit. Jesus was made in God's spiritual image. So were we. God is our father and Jesus is our brother.

could be that He was speaking as the human portion of Himself for them to understand i'm not sure but He also said....
Mt 28:19 where Christ tells to go forth to all nations baptizing in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
another favorite is when a priest ends mass and quotes 2 Cor 13:14 The Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God and the communion/fellowship of the Holy Ghost be with yo all.
1 John 5:7, "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."
Genises, God said, let US make man in OUR image, etc. etc. God is a trinity.
And Jesus said, "I and the Father are one" and "If you have seen me, you have seen the Father." And when Thomas saw him after the Resurrection, he said, "My Lord and my God."
Now lets take old to new….
OT – the grass withers, the flowers fade but the word of our God lasts forever (Is 40:8)
Jesus – heaven & earth will pass away but MY words will never pass away. MK 12”31
OT – remember to keep the Sabbath day Holy…. The seventh day is the Sabbath of the lord, your God (Ex 20:8-9)
Jesus – The Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath. Mk 2:28
Then you can continue comparing with Ex 20:12 to Mt 10:37 –where Jesus places Himself above the most basic human relationship we have on earth. Then Ex 20:13 & Mt 5:21-22 and even Ex 20:14 compared to Mt 5:27-28.
Mt 3:16-17
Mk 1:10-11
Jn 14:17
1Co 12:4-6, 15:28
2Co 3:17, 4:4, 13:14
1Th 1:1
2Th 2:13
Heb 1:2-3
1Pe 1:2
if we were to look at a majority rules - i think there are more versus explaining how the Trrinity IS actual.

There are dozens upon dozens of scriptures that show each of the persons of the trinity are deity and that yet there is only one true God. Likewise their are many scriptures that illuminate the dynamics of this trinity. The Son is subordinate to the Father in function but not in being. The point of Matthew 19 is to make the questioner think and realize that Jesus is divine. It is sad that you select three out-of-context proof texts the Watchtower gives you while you have not thought through the subject for yourself with an intensive and systematic study. I recently sent another Jehovah's Witness somewhere around 50 emails (all at his approval) with hundreds of scriptures. His response was to send me a few cut and paste statements from the Watchtower website. If you are really interested in learning about the overwhelming biblical case for the trinity rather than grasping at straws to try to convince yourself it is not true, I would be happy to point you to some good resources if you email me.

This only shows that JESUS is a separate being from the FATHER.
1 John 5:7 Â For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
I'm not lying to myself, nor to you.
GOD bless

Jesus Christ never asked his disciples DO YOU UNDERSTAND God! He said do you believe God, if you have a problem with God take it to him not us?
SIN is disbelieving in God, If Jesus is not the father of us all then Jesus is a lier because he told us plainly, sorry he told Philip plainly he was the father. In a court case if everything Jesus Christ said is true then it is my part to believe it, but if he lied to Philip then the Bible book should be burned; John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
Now also the Bible says Jesus Christ created everything so how did he do this if he is not the Creator?Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
Jesus Christ was also many thing other than just the Son, does this mean we have 4, 5 , or maybe more Gods.
Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
1. Jesus is the Angel of the Lord; Genesis 22:15 And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time,Exodus 3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
2. Jesus is the same person as Melchisedec;
Hebrews 7:1 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God,...3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.
3.Jesus Christ is the Rock that followed Israel through the wilderness;
1 Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
4. Jesus was that cloud and pillar of Fire with Moses;
Exodus13:21 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
5. Jesus was that same fire came into the 120 believers in an upper room;
Acts 2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
How many Gods do we have now--- I say ONE and only ONE; his name is Lord Jesus Christ = Father Son and Holy Spirit
Zechariah 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.
Mark 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
If you realize God is jealous God how would this ONE God feel about sharing his glory with another; Exodus 34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:
Deuteronomy 4:24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.
and if demons know who Jesus Christ is why do men have a problem with him; Mark 1:24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.
There are too many proofs to try and justify the Bible against confusion, and the trinity doctrine is total confusion to say one = three and three = one,The same Jehovah or Lord of the Old Testiment = Jesus Christ as the Son that destroyed the LAW = Holy Spirit inside the hearts of believers today. If this makes no sense then good luck to you also? We will meet at judgment day again.

Hey Cazouqa, I find the Jesus/Father/Spirit trinity amazingly confusing. It always seems that the church had to stick a solution to a vague situation and tried to sort it out like this.
It is a tiny bit ridiculeous... no ? I mean, why a son and father and holy spirit ?

...Jesus was God and was a human...
...He would speak about His human side (that human side that minds could not see past) in an attempt to make them aware that they are addressing that human side that their minds can't see past...
...in John 8:53 the people were like:
"Surely You are not greater than our father Abraham, who died? The prophets died too; whom do You make Yourself out to be?"
Jesus knew they were asking this and in their minds they saw only Jesus the human, so he answered, "If I glorify myself (that human side that your minds can't see past), My glory is nothing
...also the rich kid who called Jesus "good" was being sarcastic to Jesus, thus Jesus knew his mind saw only Jesus the human, thus He was like "only God is good..."
...also in John 7:15 we see the people marvelling, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?
again Jesus knew they were saying this and in their minds they saw only Jesus the human, so he answered by saying My doctrine is not mine (that human side that your minds can't see past), but His (who I really am)...

Good question
Easily answered
You always see the Son and the Holy Spirit showing homage to the Father . . . there is a "ranking" . . . and . . . I can not understand it, but it is plainly referenced as you point out . . . so I emulate it as best I can

Christ taught that God is within everyone-naturally including himself--the fact that his followers have made up their own stories doesn't alter Christs' teachings.
