He is the best uncle ever and he is very nice. He has no children and he is always giving money to his family and helping us out. He offered to help me with my books and other expenses (tuition is already paid) I just dont feel ok receiving money just like that, and if i accept it how am i going to do?? am i just going to call him to florida (i live in texas) and say "hey i need 800dlls for this" its crazy! what sould i do???

I respect your reluctance to accept money you have not worked for. However, it is quite acceptable for older relatives to help a young person with college expenses. If you could use help with this, you could discuss it with your uncle. Ask him how much he is willing to offer for books, and discuss the practical issues (like you said; do you call him and tell him how much you need, or what?)
Maybe you could also do something for your uncle, to show your appreciation.

it sounds like you have a cool uncle and that he wants to help call and speak w him and be gratefull send him a nice thank you card etc enjoy college
