Tonsils are in the back of the throat one on each side. Sorry, there is no way to remove them without surgery.
How do you know they are infected? Have you been to see a doctor? What is his suggestion? Did he give you an antibiotic?
One thing you can do to keep from getting infections is to boost your immune system. Good nutrition and exercise is beneficial. Eat the proper foods, (veggies and fruits), drink plenty of water.. Take a daily multivite. There are also herbs that will help boost the immune system.
Good luck!

First ask your doctor for antibiotics, if that does not work then surgery is the only other option. The tonsils are located at either side of your throat.

I had trouble with my tonsils off and on until I was about 20. After that, they weren't a problem anymore. I'm not sure if it's something you grow out of, but they're pretty much trouble-free now.

They are in the back of your throat, one on each side. You can't get rid of them any other way, but surgery.

you can't get rid of them without surgery....it's a part of your body...it would be like trying to find a way to get rid of your ear without cutting it off...can't be done.
