i cant get my ex out of my head, he rejected me and i cant get over it im with someone great but i wonder if hes the 1, the ex i had no doubts he is or mayb would of been then one please help im going insane!

there is no such thing as THE ONE, there is only such thing as the one you're with now. If he makes you happy, then he's the one you'll be with until he no longer makes you happy or you no longer make him happy. If you have a balanced relationship, then you'll both be together for a long time.

I think this is an ego issue for you at this point.It is like how dare you reject me; who do you think you are........It is human nature to go after those things we feel are out of reach or taboo.Right now your ex boyfriend is out of reach so you want him more.Remember that old adage about a bird in hand being worth two in the bush. Do not ignore the great guy you have in your hand to go chasing after that ex in the bush.You may wind up with none.Give the new guy a chance and you may discover that your ex actually did you a favor.Besides, you deserve a man who will love you and want to be with you not a man who rejects you.

you cant forget about it BECAUSE he rejected you. Give it a while do stuff for yourself, relax and you'll be fine.
