I take it you are referring to Mary the mother of Jesus. She being dead does not call God anything. When she was still alive 2000 odd years back, she would have called him Father in Heaven or God, most probably. Son and partner no way. God would have called her daughter or child. This is my perspective, I am a protestant christian.
