I am a lender. Feel free to look at the site and apply for a personal loan at http://www.choicepeerlending.com

Borrow up to $25,000 and fund in 10 days. Pay off your debts and have a one payment for a 3 year personal loan.

A loan will cost more than credit cards in interest and if you don't have it 100% paid off you will have a higher monthly payment than the credit cards would have. That is a huge amount of credit card debt but if you pay an extra 100 a month that will probably knock it out if not you would only owe a few dollars that won't stop you from getting a house.
After you get a home your cost will go way up so unless you are living well under your means now it will be hard not to lose it.

Even if you got a loan you would no doubt have than load also in three years and hate to say it most likely would use them credit cards again. Many people do that with home equity loans and you end up further behind then before. Better option is to just pay down the cards.

Get another credit card with a low balance transfer APR.
Transfer the balance to the new card, you'll pay it off much faster at 3% than at 25%.

But if you do this, cut up all your cards,!!! or you'll end up even worse off than you are now.
