First you must know the city where he is paroled to. Call the Parole Office there and ask. You should have his name, and date of birth.

i was just realsed from orange county jail as paper parole i can't seem to find out who my parole officer is what do i do

call your local state parole office and give the persons name, ask to speak to their PO

it's part of the right to privacy act, the parole department can be sued for sharing this info
if it's a sex offender,there is public records on the www
