I do not think that question could ever be answerd completely. We know from scripture that GOd upholds all things by the word of his power.
Hbr 1:3 Who being the brightness of [his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
The Greek word for power in this verse means inherent power, power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person or thing exerts and puts forth
Because his Nature is eternal and all powerful the ability to manipulate matter (his Creation) is inherent to what he is.
But to explain it using science is not possible for science is limited to the physical for now. We could not describe it. Quantam physics would be a good place to start.

Because the world isn't physical. I mean it is, but the physical is what our senses show us. Our problem is when we interpret the information our senses gives us. We call this a mountain, and that a stream, and that a rock. We classify, corroborate, study, analyze, and experiment, but the essence of what all of this is is missed, because all around us are the effects of God. To find the cause we have to reverse engineer the effects and see where they go. Basically we have to look within ourselves.

ever since the incarnation, the LORD Jesus Christ is True God and True Man for eternity! Therefore, God the Son has a human body, soul, will, heart, etc.! It is true that God is spirit, but God is all-powerful, he created the universe out of nothing! God bless.

A body would be an impediment to being infinite if that were part of a divine nature.

God uses heathens, and the saved to help.
You know that little voice that tells you (ahh, I better not do this or that) ? That little voice is your holy spirit trying to talk to you. Only most of us are in the habit of ignoring it and doing whatever we want to.
God made this whole place and us. I am pretty sure he knows how to do whatever he wants.

He won't, because he gave us the dominion on this earth. He didn't want robots when He created us. He wants us to worship Him and get to know Him so we can do what he wants us to do. That's why we have to read the Bible so we know what God wants us to do. Hear and obey...
