Holy Crap! This is a catch 22 situation! If I run out like that I would die of shame, if I don't I die in pain! I guess I don't want to die of shame!!!

Even if I am not taking a dump (by the way, should we call it "giving" a dump rather than "taking"?... anyway lets continue)... ya, even if I am NOT taking a dump, and something scray and life threatening shows up, I'll take a complete dump in my pants (should we call it "splash" and not "dump"?). So when you are offcially taking a dump, there is no question of choosing... whether to complete the whole exercise in situ or to run with the exercise in progress is the only question.
No one will actually wait and get killed. This is not a bravery competition... and even if there is a competition, who would liked to be remembered with a Gold medal for bravery in dumping costumes on the front pages of newspapers !!
