That was the stupidest thing I've ever seen. I never liked Madonna but now I hate her even more. That was disrespectful and she's so full of herself. I can't stand that

I think it's disgusting and another example of how Christians are made fun of and laughed at like it's okay to do so. We're made fun of in movies, tv shows, magazines, on the street, in our workplaces, and virtually everywhere else we go. People have no qualms about making fun of Christians but people are shocked when they hear people making fun of any other religion. People take great steps to make sure muslims and other religions are not offended but then will turn around and make jokes about everything Christians hold dear to their hearts.

Yeah it was disrespectful and wrong. The only reason she did it was for shock value, like others have said, but interesting note on that video....she actually lost her promotional contract with Pepsi over it.

When you've been in show biz that long, it's hard to stay fresh and creative. A performance artist can't survive without attention. So just ignore her and eventually she'll go away.

Yeah I AGREE it is completely disrespectful. I dont know where she ever came up with the idea. Its as if she tried to put herself in Jesus shoes which she and no other person can ever fill. Christian or not I think everyone can see the disrespectfulness of it.

Wow, a little behind time aren't you...that was in the 80's.

She did it for shock value and look where it got her....she is one of the wealthiest entertainers ever....known the world over...and why? Because people like you gave her publicity.

why do you care so much about what people do?? cant you just ignore it??? is it people like you the ones who really make this "event" important.
I dont understand why people who claim they believe so much and have such a strong link with a god and feel his presence and love and power are so upset by something so "small"...if only that offends you then i wonder if that believe you claim to have is really so strong
