I do not fear death as much as I fear not receiving Allah's mercy. Death does not grant my heart fear as a misconception of what should I fear does. There is what I call false fear compared to that which should really be feared. Due Recompse for actions done in this life that shall be repaid in exact amplitude in the hereafter. Though those whom take no Lord but Allah Alone shall be increased in ample by the Lord of all the worlds. So, I do not fear death depending where my mind state is at. That is one way I tell the difference if I am in a world of belief or disbelief. Is the fear granted the thing that should be feared or is it just a paranoia that is induced by the malice of other influences?
Death is like going to a doctors office. One knows they must go to get better, but most fear what the doctor will tell them.
Peace

No not at all. For a long time all I was was physical. Christ found me and showed me I am not, I have no fear of death. I have been in situations where I though I might die and have not had fear. I will only see my Saviour when I do, its no big deal.

no consider:
A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth. - Ecclesiastes 7:1.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. - 1 John 4:18.
The worst anyone can do to you in this lifetime is to physically kill your body; if you are a true child of God, when you die your soul existance is carried away to heaven by angels:
And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; - Luke 16:22.
fear not, mansions await! ..
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. - John 14:1-3.

If a person is right with God (that means being forgiving of all their sins and sin no more), that person shouldn't fear death, because they will have ever-lasting life after death. If the person is not right with God, that person should fear death very much.

I wouldn't exactly say that I fear it, but it certainly isn't something I'm eager to experience any time soon.
I'm also not a big fan of the many potentially really painful ways that could bring about my physical death.
Strangely enough, the only thing I'm really scared of is ventriloquist dummies, and they're very unlikely to cause either injury or physical death.

Not at all. Because I have Jesus' promise of eternal life. I know this life is just temporary and that someday soon I will be in Heaven with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!! I will say that before I was saved death was the only thing I was truly afraid of.

Sitting at my desk I can say, no I'm not. Because I believe in the promise of God, that to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord.
If I were in my car and I saw a big Mack truck coming at me at 80 mph....I might feel some fear, yep.
