If they say they are "not ready" for a relationship, will your love be strong enough that you'd "wait" and be quietly around for the person or will you take the more practical route of moving on to another person who IS ready to go forward with you.

my boyfriend of 2 years waited about 8 months for me to finally be "ready". i think we're both happy we waited... if we rushed into a relationship, i guarantee we would have broken up... but we took the time to grow as individuals and as friends before making the committment. we're both very very happy. he was in agony though lol.

Move on girl. They want to see what life has to offer. This guy is thinking that you can wait all you want but he's gonna have fun. My ex gf did me the same way. We just broke up a week ago. Hey it's life.

Move on. "Not ready" for a relationship really means "not ready for a relationship with YOU".

You can't or shouldn't wait around for someone who's off living his life without you.
You'll end up miserable and lonely & he'll eventually end up with someone else.

well i'm engaged so,
i guess if he told me he wasnt ready for a relationship and i was truly and deeply in love with him i'd give him his time, not to say i wouldnt go out and live my life. i might date but very casualy.
