I am trying not to eat after 7pm in the evening, this has helped me loose weight in the past, but tonight finding finding it really difficult, what with fantasies and ideas of what nice things I could eat - these would totally heartburn me to a level no ordinary mortal could stand eating at this time of night. HELP ME!

Cant resist those little urges eh? You should try working nights. All i do is eat! lol

Try death by substitution to start with. Replace all fluids with just water. And replace everything else with fruit and nuts. If you suffer from the old sweet tooth like me then do it gradually. Buy low fat yogurts that still have a sweet taste. Far batter than eating a huge bag of M & M's. ;-)

Water is the most important thing. We tend to eat allot more due to bordom but these cravings pass after 10 to 15 mins.
You got to ride the wave until is passes.

Its easy for me to preach as i am one of the lucky ones that can eat just about anything and get away with it. :-)

Oh and never get married. Women are chocolate fiends and will fill your trolly up to the top with all those tasty treats that are just plain bad for you. You gotta love em though. ;-)

Have a piece of toast with a bit of jelly. That will help satisfy your craving for foods and not cause any heartburn. Sometimes you have to eat a little more than normal because your body goes into starvation mode and feels deprived. Just don't go overboard and eat an entire loaf of bread.

me too im trying to lose weight and desperately trying to avoid raiding the fridge. if ur desperate and want to avoid heartburn the things i find best are something milky like strawberry milkshake or make yr own in blender with milk and banana or else porridge that soothes yr tum. hope this helps

Start drinking water after 7pm. Maybe juice but no milk or any fat drinks. Detox...try hot water, tap water, cold water that been cool from hot water, bottle water, distilled water.
