What shampoo do you use?

I change my shampoo a lot. I'm still hoping to find that perfect one! They all seem to work they same. Bottom line, a shampoo cleans and doesn't do much else to your hair. The conditioner is the one that does all the work. I really like John Frieda's Brilliant Brunette shampoo and conditioner for every day use. Then about every week or so, I put lots of Biolage Fortifying Conditioner on my hair, and wrap my hair in Saran wrap. I let it sit for hours (the longer, the better!). Then I rinse it all off really well, and ta-da, instant deep conditioning treatment! So the point is, shampoo won't really make your hair that much better, it just cleans. You have to have good healthy hair from the start(or a really good conditioner).

uh, right now i am using Tresseme... i think that's how it's spelled... i used to use Herbal Essences but it made my hair feel like crap.... the new kind is waaaaay better i think.
