I promise I'm not involved with this company at all, but this is the BEST hangover cure (well, preventative cure) I've ever used. I am really prone to hangovers no matter how much (or little) I drink, so I've tried everything you can think of. I even stopped drinking anything at all for 2 years (that worked best, obviously!). These are charcoal pills with almost no side effects that work miracles - no hangover at all. We gave them out as part of our gift bags at our wedding, and people were bright-eyed and alert the next morning at brunch (not for lack of whisky, I promise!). Check it out, it's really worth it. Oh, and MUCH better than what you can buy in the store - Chaser Plus makes me sick and interferes with sleep, so don't bother! Good luck!

Eat some bread before going to sleep. Dry toast works best. Have a full glass of water with two ibuprofen. This always works for me. Oh, and I keep a glass of water next to the bed so I can drink it throughout the night, and prevent the bad feeling the next day. The only problem I normally have after all of this is I'm tired for work!

Too late. Next time, however, you could prepare before a night of fun. You should drink lots of milk, eat lots of bread topped with butter, and eat food while you are drinking. Once you drink that's it, no cure for the common hangover. It's all about preparing not to get one.

A hangover is basically your brain having alcohol withdrawls beacuse you drank so much then suddenly stopped. So the next morning although it sounds crazy crack open a beer and drink your hangover away. (A meaning one dont have enough to get drunk all over again cause that defeats the purpose)

Drink lots and lots of water to re-hydrate as you really should have done between each drink at the time. A sure way to overcome this is get hold of a medic friend and get them to organise for you a whiff of Oxygen to Oxygenate the bloodstream again, it certainly helps with the headaches.

Same goes for long haul flights.

Eat something. Preferably something with carbs. Then drink a lot of juice and water. Take a couple of aspirin. If all that doesn't work, try some hair of the dog that bit you last night....

Next time, try drinking water while you're consuming lots of alcohol. The waters helps to not get as drunk.
