Yesterday I got depressed so I went exercising.. running outside on the side walks. It was only 10:00 pm , all of the sudden this dude comes naked..... right in front of me. Like with no pants on , just a t-shirt. I mean is it allowed for people to walk naked in the street?? so sick! THis isint the first time. Even during the day... man always act this way. When I and my friend were walking by the alley we saw this guy masturbating .. by himself. WHat can we do to stop this pervs?

I've seen twice, naked man in the alley but never experienced something like this. I mean running around naked on purpose.. in front of people is just over the top. Im sure that he followed me from long time ago, I had my headsets on so I couldnt hear anything but music. So I think that he got mad seeing that he couldnt make me pay attention to him. but come onnnnnnnn . Im skinny already and I wore a hat.. my body looks like a teenager. That made me realize that he was sick.. and he didint care if I was underage, he would've done it to anyone. IM 19 years old..

can you put up in additional details what city you live in? i'll have a better answer that way. hmmm, i live in the st. louis area. the very best thing you can do is make sure to pair up when you walk or jog. keep your cell phone and carry it every times you go. if you see another perv, call the police and be as detailed as possible. i mean, call them RIGHT then. get a fanny pack or a mace that you can attach to your wrist. don't be afraid to spray the bastarrds. also, you might want to consider walking in other areas and make sure never to walk alone at night.

There is absolutely nothing you can do about this. men are just driven by sex. be careful about fgoing to the library and book stores too caus ethis is one of the perverts favorite places to whack it. im not joking. just be careful and dont run so late
