I am not American and I agree with most of what they said. The more extreme the 'reading' the more likely you will return for another, cash in your hot little hand.

It's hard to say really. What was the situation? Was it a person face to face or a phone call. Sounds like they are trying to tell you of who you were in your past. Hard to tell without knowing the whole story.
