knowing Saddam, he did just that. Except he forgot to fit the cyborgs with a showel, so they are still stuck underground.
On a more serious note, if you can destroy a 60 ton tank, then a cyborg would not be a problem- regardless of the equipment they would use. Laser designation then Hellfire or a 2000 pounder from a plane.

The cyborgs would be Sunni. Saddam was a Sunni and not trust the making of Shite cyborgs.
Bombs would kill them, but using an EMT pulse to disable them would be better. Then we could reporgram them to fight for us. See Terminator 2 and 3 movies.

In my opinion, it depends. The american military is the best at regular fighting(air, sea, land). but when you add car & suicide bombers to the mix, we don't stand a chance.There's no way to defend against that. We can't go around shooting civilions to she if they have bombs on them can we? So, if the cyborgs(without superhuman powers) fight like a military, or a bunch of crazy terrorists, is the deciding factor on the victory.

He did. They were called the Fedayeen. They were the guerilla warriors that we met shortly after we won the ground war. They were Saddam loyalists and little more than criminals (in fact many were criminals released specifically for this.)
But no they weren't robots and I haven't heard too much from them recently. I think most of them got the smack down or decided it wasn't worth fighting for a dead guy anymore.
