With Fibromyalgia it's important to eat protein foods. Avoid sugar and eat a minimum of fruit. Also avoid caffeine,
alcohol and fried foods.

A good nutrition program is very important, eating frequent small meals with some protein is very important in keeping the blood levels even.

Protein should be the building block of nutrition: fish, chicken , turkey, beans and tofu. Consuming fruits and vegetables in their most natural form provides the most minerals and vitamins. Green vegetables provide incredible minerals that our body needs to help absorb vitamins as well as necessary fiber. Fresh fruit provides minerals, fiber and natural waters that are absorbed on a cellular level.

drink mineral water every day to give your body the hydration and minerals It needs. take a good quality Multi vitamin twice daily to support the body. Co Q 10 in soft gel capsules taken three times daily really increases your energy.

I have Fibromyalgia and when I eat like this I definitely feel better. If you would like any more information or have any questions please let me know.

try food that is rich in beta-carotene as well as eating fresh food such as veg in salad form. Food such as milk, wheat, egg, meat and coffee are thought to be responsible for the chronic pain.
