If you are a member of the species "Homo Sapiens Sapiens" you have no other side but human. Humans can be vile and violent. If you are changing into such a person take drastic measures to revert to a more kind, polite individual. That is how you started out in life so remembering what you were as a wee child may give you a model to strive toward.

there is always someone worse, more violent, aggressive, unfeeling. there is always someone softer, more loving, more generous. we are all somewhere in the middle, in a semi-concious turmoil, wondering who we are. join the club.
