Prime is going to cost you about double what choice sells for. Choice is the best sold in any large grocery store chain. Check the local price for that and double it for a pretty good idea of what a meat market or butcher will charge for prime.

there is a lot of confusion about what meats are USDA standards.most quality grocery stores have this, however if you can find a local butcher who will "age" the meat for you then you are in for a real treat or try and find 'KOBE" beef. twice the price of the best beef tenderloin but well worth it and never cook any steak more than med or med rare.

T - bone steak via a ways is the main suitable minimize for my section. that's rather priced, fillet Mignon is overvalued. in case you marinate T-bone it flavor greater applicable than fillet Mignon . the sole thank you to prepare dinner that's to grill it for the optimal flavor, with a area of kabobs that comprise onions, and mushrooms. no longer something greater applicable .
