What program or software can I use to set up many networked phones? And such as when they call it has the automated help service like please pres 3 and you will be transferred to billing... How can I do this?

well, it depends what your looking for....get the DECT 6.0 digital phone.....you need 1 base-phone....and you can have up to 10 extensions....one in every room if you like!

you can also set-up a blue-tooth if you have wi-fi service in your area!!

the software updates I get from there websites, downloaded directly to the main-base-phone!!

You really need a phone system. Typically a system has a propriatery central controller box into which the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) feeds enter on one circuit board. All extensions come into another circuit board in the central controller.

Each maker has his own software options including auto attendant, voice mail, etc.

You need to define specifically what you want and then check with the phone makers.
