because they all chose to be.when people put negative thoughts or ideas out in the universe,they will always manifest.love&light of spirit to you..

These are symptoms of a messed up human nature.
I see you did include "greedy people". Any greed, any lack of love for others or lack of love for God are caused by the same sickness. I mention this because some like to excuse themselves from the "cold hearted" by listing what they think are REAL wrongdoings in order to excuse their own failings as NOT AS BAD.
Luke 18:9-14
9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everybody else, Jesus told this parable: 10 "Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood up and prayed about himself: 'God, I thank you that I am not like other men-robbers, evildoers, adulterers-or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.'

Oh, you just knew we were going to get the good old "free will" excuse, didn't you?
And, statistically, since about 95% of the population claims to believe in a god, it would stand to reason that about that same percentage of all these horrible people are believers, not atheists.

Because people choose to sin. Either that or they have deficient wiring/upbringing that cause them to be that way. I'm leaning towards the latter.

because with pain and anger ppl wouldn't grow to be better and stronger ppl. if we didn't have bad ppl we wouldn't have diversity, we would all have the same attitudes and personalities
god made these ppl as testers in our life
