Fighting with another person is just never a good idea. Fighting can cause injury, doesn't matter how careful you are. You say there's not going to be any blood, it's not a real fight.....so what's the point here? You can have charges brought against you for this. Some can be very serious and can land you in jail for awhile depending on the severity of the injury, and a lifetime with a rap sheet if it's a felony charge, which will ruin your chances of getting a decent job, getting into college, etc. I'm going to assume that you are under age since most sensible mature adults don't do this. Your parents will also be involved and can be sued by the injured party, since they are ultimately responsible for you. Think about this before you engage in any fighting.
Maybe you are referring to wrestling which is a little different than fighting. You say you have to fight this other person. My question is Why? Even if you are just playing, there have been some serious injuries to young people that engage in this activity.
If you are really interested in wrestling, talk to your parents and take some classes. There are places that have rings and teach you proper techniques to help reduce injuries. Maybe it would be more productive to get involved with your community or school helping to make things better than getting involved in something that can bring any or all of the above. Good Luck.

Ying and Yang. If he knows he's stronger than you he'll probably be over confident and really swing, don't block his punches, just move out of the way or divert and draw him on.
-If he gets you from behind (around the neck) tuck your chin in and grab his elbow, then twist your upper body away from the arm he's grabbing you with, this should throw him (Hard to explain, but even done badly should put him off balance enough)
As it's not a real fight i'm guessing you don't want to go for the eye-pokes or croutch shots?
A sensitive area is around the collar bone, there is a 'V' next to your neck on your shoulder, if you sqeeze that hard and push down it is very painful and can take even a strong person down (Without causing lasting damage- squeeze yourself there to find out)
As for confidence... well if it isn't a real fight try to keep that in mind, and remind yourself that you're in a safe enviroment (if you are that is...)
Thats all the advise i can really give you for a 'non-real fight', except that maybe it's not the best idea. I'm not gunna try to convince you not to do it, because why would you listen to a stranger over the net? But remember these 'play' fights can often end in injury, so try not to let it get out of hand- walking away doesn't make you any less of a man.
Good luck i guess.

Its not a fight without all that stuff haha j/k... I've been in fights with people almost two feet taller than me and outweigh me by almost 100 lbs or more, never lost either. It's exactly what your talking about you need to stay confident the whole fight and its all about just knowing how to fight: for example where to hit your opponent and when, also throw some combos, or even a headbutt (they never expect that =)) If hes that much bigger than you take the fight to the ground, choke him out, or go for the knock out blow to the nose.
Just stay confident, have a lot of energy in your movements, and commit but keep your guard up! Good luck!

A fight is just that a fight. If like this war you fight a politically correct battle you've lost.
If your not, and your willing to fight then here's all you need to do. When he gets right in your face like most stupid guys do. Head but him ac cross the bridge of the nose. Don't close your eyes before you do, it might alert him. Then kick him in the nuts, as hard as you can. Once he's down, just beat the **** out of him. If he moves or gets loose, before you can kick him. Get close enough to punch him in the throat, a head but to the temple will end it pritty quick too. You can also back hand the person right across the side of the neck. This WILL knock them out. A punch to the sternum will take their air out as well.

If you are fighting in a competitive format then your options will be somewhat limited by the rules. The key here is to fight your best and smartest fight. Fight YOUR fight and avoid being drawn into positions where you opponent's strength work to his advantage. For example, grappling methods like Judo, Jujitsu, Shuai Jiao, Pale and others are well know for their ability to use leverage to overcome superior strength. HOWEVER, you must have superior skill in this area to make these techniques work. Otherwise you quickly get into a strength-on-strength contest that is not to your advantage. Trading punches will probably not be in your best interest either, unless your ability to hit vital targets is significantly superior. Ideally, you want to consider a strategy like staying outside and working the legs (if permitted), attack limb muscles and anything that works against his breathing (except the throat), be patient and wait for you best openings, when the opportunity arises to get an explosive entry take full advantage of it and be prepared to get in and out quickly.

The correct reply is with Ho Ga
Fighting Psychology. You out think him. many ways to achieve this goal, and verbally is the start. A good well rounded system will teach you about the concept of Ho Ga regardless of the name they use.
YOU OUT THINK HIM, either with Counters or Aggression or simply by not allowing yourself to be drawn into anothers game.
If you are talking Free Play Randori, well learn techs techs and more techs, and practice them ALIVE> or else they are simply moves you can do in a fixed arena, fighting is not a fixed arena. I once Maced a guy to show how he could have been my victim, he agreed I was kind for not slaughtering him while he was disabled. But in a fighting sense he was mine, and I could have......
How many have Mace etc hidden and will zap you and then pummel you ?

Heart it out! Thats what I do when I get into a fight. Be prepared to take some serious shots and act unfazed even if you're dizzy and go at him at 110%. Keep swinging and when you're tired grab his midsection and put him on his ***, and most importantly like you said fight with confidence.

Honestly if you already know before hand that there are no "big injuries" then it is not a fight at all. If there is no fear in being injured the this is just play. Have fun. There is nothing to worry about!

Well you should be confident. If there are RULES in this fight, than it's not like your gonna get real hurt.
But what kind of fight is it if it isn't real?
I would avoid grappling, unless your better than him, cause if he gets on top of you, it's hard to get out from the bottm.

The most you will lose is your confidence. Confidence is fine but will cause you to lose more than win.
Wanting to win, and I say this in all sincerity, will get you further than skill. Don't waste your time thinking confidence in yourself is important. Fear of losing or getting hurt can give you all the motivation you need.
In other words, admit that you are afraid and let the fear drive you.
