Ahh just give it time! I didn't get my first bf till I was 18 And my first kiss I was 17! lol... So dont worry about it and just enjoy life for now!

There are thousands, nay, even millions like you sweetheart. And the only advice I can give you is the same thing that I told my own son, (or daughter as the case may have been; actually I had one of each). Just relax, darlin', and have some fun with your friends. I know it's difficult but if you stop thinking about it (Iike: where-is-she, where-is-she, where-is-she? There's-something-wrong-with- me? I NEED\WANT\HAVETOHAVE a girl, pleaseLord), if you just kind of let it go out of your mind and hang out with your regular gang or get friendly with new peeps, stuff (likes She LIKES ME! ThankyouLord...) happens all the time and most often when you least expect it.
And if you don't find her or she you for a while, you still haven't wasted your time. Like the Ozzies say, You can never have too many mates, sunny jim. Never too many friends, is what they meant.

No don't worry about that it is a lot more common than you think not to have ever been kissed or never really gone out before. don't be so hard on you're self you are only 15. Time is the key!

i didnt have my first kiss until i was 15, and my 2nd kiss was when i was 17. to be honest, i cared for a bit but only because other people were "doing it" ya know, but in all reality, i was having tons of fun with my friends that boys were not considered the main thing in my life. so my advice, just keep doing what you're doing (hopefully that is having fun) and eventually you will meet a girl you connect with, then take it from there.

Start jogging around town and as you jog reaffirm your belief that you have something to offer a female and that they are just waiting for you to secure a connection. Y'know like the telephone man. Your animal needs will become more subliminally copious and your nice caring, though somewhat shy demeanor, will put her into clutch.
