Look around. If you can see the writing on the wall, it's pointless to remain.

I would start looking around. It doesn't hurt to get some aps in and see what is available. You can always turn down a job if you think your current job will last. But if your job ends and you have no prospects lined up, that makes life harder. Good luck.

you are only as exposed as you let yourself. if you feel that your position is secure, you should have enough of a relationship/pull to ask you direct manager for his/her opinion - state the facts and let him/her know your feelings. I doubt he/she will tell you to find a job asap, but atleast you can get on the inside track of the titanic instead of being blind-sided. If it was me and i loved my job - i would ride with it till the bitter end, if you have any hesitation on maybe desiring a new job/new life - now is the chance you have been dreaming for to jump ship, do it while you still have a paycheck!

It seems that everyone should be looking around. Those that find other jobs may provide more job security for the remaining employees.

Start looking for another job. Don't wait for them to go out of business. It's better to be safe than sorry.

If your company may be going out of business, then you need to find another job.
