No. Any coloring will look terrible as it wears off. Anything fancier (like chrome plating them) will cost more than taking them out and replacing them.

In the long run you will be better off to just buy a new faucet. You would have to disassemble the old one anyway to remove the finish. So go to the hardware store and pick out a new one.

Replace it. Just find out the current make and model of the old faucet and contact the company to see if you can simply change it out. If you try to spray paint or anything it will look hideous.

The amount of effort and labor involved in changing the color of your faucet (removing it and heavily scuffing every square centimeter of it, primering then painting. ) could be far more costly then just replacing it with the color you like.And it won't last as long as a new faucet will.

no, just replace it. anything you do will look like crap within a month
