There are a lot of children's hospital that need volunteers. You can brighten up some poor child's life by just talking to him or taking them for a walk in their wheelchairs.
There are also Convalescent Hospitals with old people who never get visitors. You could volunteer there and bring a smile to someone's face. Or-you could go to your local animal shelter and help take care of the animals. Your local paper should have a column with all of the volunteer opportunities. That should take up most of your summer.

start by getting off the computer and off your a** go to a park... ask around the neighborhood if there is any one needing help with some chores... you might pickup a buck and you might just learn some new things from working with your neighbors... Go to a nursing home and visit the elderly... let them tell you their stories... you might learn something... go to church if you are so inclined... there are usually activities to get involved with there... and work that needs to be done... Give of yourself to others... stop taking.... you will gain far more.... there are plenty of places to volunteer your time even at 14... seek them out... you will have a much better memory than waisted time on this garbage dump of the Internet.
