I've been doing weight training for awhile and was wondering how long it took to see results. I lift weights 5 days a week as well as cardio. I have a little bit of muscle but I want to know when it'll be really noticable.
p.s. my diet is clean eating

Are you resting at all between workouts?
This might be part of the problem. It's important to give your muscles a rest after you've worked them. The only way you will see results is if you rest after your weight training to let the muscles recover. After that, then you can lift again...when you do that, you are basically re-creating the makeup of your muscles and that's when you'll see results.
My personal rule of thumb for the gym is two days on, one day off. I do a mix of cardio and weight training and I'm loving my bod.
Good luck!
:-)

what's a alot. I joined a gym back in October and take a weight class every now and then but do a few weights maybe once a week. I am only now seeing the results but it is not intence as your doing...Keep it up-don't give up. Like anything I'd say 6 months to see the true results. Good for you!

I've been working out like you for ... 4/6 months and am finally just noticing changes. My eating isn't great though so I probably would have noticed changes sooner. Just stick with it. One day you will be lifting a weight and be like "Shut your mouth I have a muscle". lol I was so excited when I first saw it.

every body is different, so it's hard to say for sure how long it will take.
