Personally I don't find either of them offensive.. They're both dumb things to put on your license plate..

I'm a christian, and I sat here and stared at
S8N for several minutes before it even sank in -
To be perfectly honest with you, I don't find any of that kind of stuff offensive; it used to be that people had alittle bit tougher skin
than that. We used to have the "sticks and stones" mentality, and normally if anyone did put that kind of thing on a license plate or anywhere else, it would only be shrugged
off.
We now live in what I call "The United States of the Offended". My God, every single thing is offensive to someone - I am so sick and tired of hearing people whine and complain!!
Hey, if someone puts something like that on their license plate, two things are possible:
1. the person is just a jerk who wants to get a rise out of others.
2. they are involved in a Satanist cult.
If they are just being a jerk, who cares? the best thing to ever do in that case is ignore them which they will find worse than anything, because they were looking for attention in the first place.
If they are in a Satan Cult, hey, so what?
Let all those who want to set themselves up as the enemies of Christ, go ahead and show those true colors. That will make the weeding out much more efficient and much faster for the Angels and the rest of us.

I dont understand your question at all. Satan or S8N is not offensive to me. However I live in AZ and I doubt they would let you put that plate on your car. They people put up the bible things like John: 18-7 or whatever and also God loves you, and stuff like that(in many different forms of course)... So god is just as offensive to some as S8N...so ...to be honest all religious plates should be removed (its either all allowed or all not allowed)
As for the person that thinks the S8N plate is cool, whats wrong with that?

My father had a license plate (issued randomly) on his car for several years that was STN 666. It caused a lot of laughts because he was the Pastor of two churches, one in a town called Paradise, and the other called Hell.
I don't know of anyone who was "offended" by the plate, but it use to get some interesting comments.
My dad always said he was glad it had ended up on his car then on somebody who might be bothered by it.

ALL personalized license plates are offensive. They are usually stupid, and I feel dumber for having read them. The owner looks especially stupid giving the government even more money (for vanity plates) than they already charge. People that have them come across as either vain or insecure.

I do not find either offensive, but I understand how some would.
In my state someone had a license plate with the word MERLOT. Someone found that offensive and that person had their plate revoked. The car was the color of Merlot.

I wouldn't find either offensive, silly but not offensive. I have never understood sticking a fish to the back of a car. . .different strokes for different folks. =)

i think of that's humorous, and individuals would desire to loosen up and recover from themselves. i don't think of any little ones have been indignant. i don't think of any little ones observed it or cared! It became stupid, oversensitive adults who post a stink approximately some thing that became all stable relaxing and harmless. confident, i'd have plates like that. I actually have a humorousness.

It depends on ones perspective. Either may be offensive to an atheist. I believe there is an evil side to all of us. We can choose to supress it and control it or embrace it and allow it to destroy us. See if you can express this choice to your "cool" friends.
