omelets
they are portable, quick & can be filled with whatever you like so every ones tastes can be satisfied.
To make them even healthier use only the egg white- to me it tastes just the same as a regular whole egg omelet.
Finely chopped veggies, lunch meat, cheese, salsa use what ever you have!

Are you asking for breakfast meals, minus any bread? A healthy diet contains a balance of proteins, dairy, fats and carbohydrates. If you can't have bread, how about cereal and milk with some fruit?

whole wheat bread should be included in breakfast time. it contains glucose which is the first ingredient our brain uses to wake up and start processing! a healthy meal should include protein, fibers, and a fruit or veggies!

Fruit is always a great option for a carb free breakfast - try melons, berries (with or without milk), citrus fruits, etc. Another option is yogurt and add fruit or dried fruit and nut to plain yogurt for a low calorie high protein start. Good Luck!
