They are probably just mad because you are gorgeous and they are jealous that a white man got a fine black women. I think that's maybe what it is. I doubt they'd really care if you were unattractive.

Love sees no color and it doesn't matter. Men making comments are probably just jealous and ignorant. In reality, what's the point to make comments? If this is your actual situation, don't let it get to you.
My bf is black and I am asian/white. I get the looks too and just don't pay it no mind. I've had comments said to me in the past by black women, but I just let it slide off my back. It all boils down to jealousy. This whole subject is very touchy and at the same time can be controversial. I think a lot of folks are racist on the under when it comes to interracial dating. In reality, it really should be all about your own personal preference and date who you want to make yourself happy.

Me and one of my guy friends (we're both black) just had this conversation. And he said that it bothered him because it made him feel as though black men aren't good enough for that woman, or some nonsense like that. Well when I asked him how he felt about black men and white women, he said that he didn't like that either, but that it makes more sense! Can you believe that! Personally I think that it matters more if you share the same beliefs and cultural values then skin tone!! Date who you want, and just realize that you are to be desired if you have these "brothas" acting a fool like that!

They are jealous and insecure and racist..... Ive experienced this a lot myself. Im black and am often seen in the company of white men, whether boyfriends, dates or just guy friends... rude stares and comments coming from some black men and some white women. I just ignore them because I NEVER let strangers opinions rule my day. Goodluck.

I don't understand it either, maybe it's that every race thinks that they are the best. So, black women should be with black men cause they are the best, Hispanic people should be together. I am hispanic and my b/f is white, and when we go out places I get looks.

Jealousy, that u are not with them. They think that just cuz ur a black woman, u belong to them an u can't date other ppl outside of ur own race. Yet, they can go out with white women, latinas, asians, etc.

They probably consider it a shot to their manhood that you found something in a white man that they couldn't offer. But of course, it'd be ok if they wanted to date some blonde chick. A lot of men have double standards about that sort of thing.

I'm on the same boat with you. I don't know the answer to your question though, but whenever I get such comments from black men, I let it roll off my shoulders cause if I needed a "brother," I would be with one. *u*
