Its really sad that you don't know if its OK to have a crush on someone outside your race. Yes its ok and don't let anyone lead you to believe its not ok.
As far as your ex girlfriend goes, who knows. The woman is not all that gay apparently. Move on.

There is nothing at all wrong with being interested in - or even dating someone from a different race. Once you get past the differences in hair and skin color, everyone is basically the same. It's whether you get along and are compatible that matters.
I can't give you any advice on how to approach this person you work with because that would mean you're making the assumption she is bi or gay. If you have reason to believe she is then go for it, but I don't really know how you find out short of just asking and I don't know if that's an appropriate question for the work place.

Coming from a a fellow L.C., don't get mixed up with the ex-girl with boy drama. I've seen what happens. Looks like It's time to move on. As far as the girl at work, mixing colors is fine. I've dated several different girls from different races. You might want to find out if shes gay before you go pop'in any questions. It can get weird if shes not, just get to be good pals and go from there. It's all you playa, good luck.

First of all, you need to figure out what your ex wants. Ask her straight out if she wants to be with you or her boyfriend. If she wants you, and you want to get back together, then do so and don't bother the girl you work with.
If you and your ex are not getting back together for whatever reason, then tell her that she needs to accept being just friends with you. Then, you're free to be with whoever you want.
As far as this new girl goes, there's absolutely nothing wrong with being different races. You need to find out if she likes girls or not, but don't just ask her because that's kind of forward. Ask one of her friends casually or start hanging out with her until you figure it out. If she's into you, then you have no reason not to go forward with it. It could turn out to be a great relationship.
Good luck =)

I thought this was a bi-racial relationship question....um..too many questions, hon.
First of all, I personally do not have a problem with bi-raical relationships, nor homosexual ones.
If you don't know if the girl is gay, just ask if she wants to hang out and go from there. As for your ex, only you can decide that.

Well I'd stay away from the girl with the boyfriend. Why would you want sloppy seconds. Plus kissing her would be the same as sucking his penis. As for the chick at work try testing the waters to see if she is interested. Just to let you know yes it is okay to date outside of your race. Its 2007 not 1903.

leave the ex alone, she is already doing her own thing so dont even bother going back there. as for the new crush, feel her out first, hang out with her outside of work and get to know her better, and if she isnt the one for you then enjoy the new friendship, dont worry your better half is out there for you.

If you are seriously lesbian, you will completely forget about your ex, because your ex is just confused. If the black girl is also lesbian, go for it. Why would race be a problem.

Do what you would do if she were white. Color really is only skin deep. What this means is that all of the other issues such as is she gay or bi are much more important.

Follow your heart. If the person is good and you have something in common, talk to her. See how things go from there. A person's race shouldnt be a concern.
