1.i ring you up at about half 4 andask you weatheryou would still want to come to my house later.. to which you reply with "ummm i wontbe able to tonight" giving no reason or explanation..... do you simply not want to spend time with me, have better things to do, are doing something youd rather i didnt no about, cheating on me or something else?

Stop getting paranoid, it happens when people can't do things and don't give an explanation. Did you ask why? If yes and he didn't answer then who knows...Chances are he's not cheating, and busy.

well if i was ur bf i would have tried to make it to u. but if i really had some important work only than i would have given u the reply above. and no i wont cheat on u if u were my gf. i can be with u n we both can spend good quality time.

don't judge, true story: my ex-gf asked me to come over and hang with her, but i couldn't because i was planning her a suprise b-day party. So naturally i couldn't tell her why, and she got suspicious, and after i refused to tell her again, she accused me of cheating. She "broke up" with me the same day when we threw her party.
