that she would want to wait for a serious relationship.because she puts her family first and that see doesn't hurt.should i move on?or just wait around for her
she means some what a lot to me cause like i felt something that i never felt with the other people i have been with.she also tells me my friends that she likes me but she never acts like it around me.what do you think i should do to see when she is ready and i show that i like her well i try to at least and she doesnt respond or she changes the subject

Do you trust her?
Mayb it'd help if you had said how long you'v known her n how long have u guys been goin out.
If you don't trust her, then just move on.
If you do trust her n still wanna hold on to her, then continue trusting her until you really know the truth.
If she's lying to you, then at least you'r doing your part in being a good bf/ex-bf/friend/person.
