Sounds just fine to me, but you could ask her doctor to compare it to a growth chart.
Do NOT make a big deal of her weight in front of her!!! She is too young to be worried about things like that, especially coming from her dad. She will get enough of it from her friends soon enough.

First of all, its not her weight you should be concerned about. You should ask your pediatrician about her BMI (body mass index). That will tell you about her fat to muscle ratio for height, weight and age. The pounds you've indicated sound fairly normal to me. I would also look at whether or not she has a balanced diet (lots of chips, soda, fast food?) and how much activity she is getting. Noticed I said "activity" and not exercise. Thirteen year olds do not need to work out. But they should be participating in sport, cheerleading, dance, anything that will get her active.
Please don't mention her weight to her specifically. She could take it the wrong way and begin obsessing over. Teenagers are soooo impressionable. Best wishes!

That's pretty normal for that age. When I was her age I was 5'4" and weighed about 85 pounds, soaking wet. I was super thin and got teased. She's probably much more normal looking, which is a blessing. Don't worry about her weight unless she's got really abnormal eating habits (i.e., doesn't eat or overeats). And in a couple of years, she'll probably be pretty different anyway--teenagers grow a lot at that age.

I am 5'7" 1/2, and I usually weigh around 125lbs.. I am definitely not fat... and I am also not nasty skinny... so I would say that sounds pretty perfect! I was skinnier before I had my son, but I think I was too skinny.... (like 103lbs) As long as she is eating fine, and getting exercise, I would not worry about it. And definitely don't mention ANYTHING about her weight in front of her! weather it is a comment on being too skinny or too fat... She is at a very sensitive age, and any little comment could get her thinking about it way too much.... Good Luck!

Sounds good. My 13 year old is 5'4 and weighs about that. I am 5'6 and weigh 125. I would say that is healthy.

Do you experience widely used? Do you experience undesirable? in simple terms by using fact the government has particular policies on top and weight each and every physique remains a man or woman. think of approximately it, if a 320 offensive lineman can do the flaws he does at his weight is he out of shape? yet whilst somebody is two decades previous 6'0" and weighs one hundred eighty pounds yet in no way does something actual is he in shape? it particularly is all in the way you experience.

It seems okay. It depends on her body structure though. The rule of thumb is 100 lbs for 5 ft and 5 lbs for each inch after that so she could be 130 lbs.

She's fine. She's going to definately be tall and she needs to just make sure that she's eating correctly (fast foods once a week MAYBE) from all of her food groups and drinking plenty of water. When I was that age, that's what I was (approx.) but as she gets a little older the weight may start catching up with her. Just try to watch what she eats.

First, does she eat normally?..I am talking about three balanced meals a day...Is she hyperactive, on the go all the time? If yes then she probable has a high calorie burn and is just fine....If you have answered no then you my have a problem and should consult with her doctor....Bob
