Has anyone heard of silver vermouth?

My wife had a cocktail at a place called the Dragonfish Cafe in Seattle that was supposedly made with silver vermouth and it made the drink look like liquid mercury. We cant seem to find any information about it anywhere and think it may have had something else added to it. Any help would be much appreciated.

It may have been Aquavit a Scandinavian liquor infusion combined with the lavender of Parfait d'Amour it will have a metallic glow.
Sailor Mercury
45 ml Aquavit
30 ml Parfait d'Amour
Lemon juice
Ice
Mixing instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a brandy snifter.
