I think my car sales man was flirting with me. Help what should i do.?

Ok. I got my car a month and a half ago. while buying my car i thought he was flirting but I thought he was just trying to get a sale. The next day though i had to go back and wait some more on the fienance guy, but while i was waiting inbetween customers he'd smile tickle my neck, and when he comented on one of my tattoos he touched it too. don't worry it was just on my shoulder. than a couple weeks latter he sent a routen thank you letter, and than i got a letter for my birthday, saying somthing like happy birthday, blah blah blah, and a ps saying if you ever come in for service make sure to say hi, or something like that.

So does that mean he kinds likes me? And any advice on how to prociede? I kinda like him, he's not the most handsome and i'd say he's no more than 10 yrs older, so what should i do next?

No.He try to get a sale and get the commission with the car. Those fellas are scums working for the money. They do anything to get the client in the hook.Choices: see the manager and explain or go to another dealer.Don't let a scum make a score with you.
