Hard-boil the eggs, 12-15 mins. Once they've cooled, shell them carefully under cold running water. Then, slice them in half.
With a small spoon scoop out the yolks to a mixing bowl, set whites aside on a plate. Mix into the yolks some mayonaise, a dab of mustard, a splash of pickle juice, salt and pepper, and a dash of hot sauce. Mix until creamy (add more mayo if necessary; season to taste) and spoon back into the egg whites.
Garnish with dill and paprika.

Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes after boiling begins. Remove from heat. Empty boiling water and replace with cold water plus 1-2 cups of ice. Let eggs sit in icewater for about 10 minutes. The icy water helps shells peel easier. Peel eggs and dry. Slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks into a plate or bowl and mash. Stir in a dab of yellow mustard, a couple of tablespoons of mayo (depends on how many eggs you are doing), and season with salt and black pepper. Stir till well mixed. Spoon back into egg white halves. Sprinkle with extra pepper, paprika, dill, and/or seasoned salt. Chill or eat immediately! YUM!

Here's a recipe my 13yr old uses: Boil eggs in salted water(a must for easy peeling) for about 7-8 minutes. Peel under running water to ensure any tiny pieces of shell are removed from the outside of the egg. Cut eggs in half place egg yolks in bowl w/a two heaping tablespoons of mayo(real mayo not salad dressing), a tablespoon of ranch dressing, a splash of pickle juice, salt & pepper to taste. She pretty much eyeballs it @ this point. If it seems to dry she'll add more mayo & taste to adjust seasoning to your liking. I'm a purist just yolks mayo, salt & pepper. If you like curry, I know some people who a dash of curry powder to the yolk mixture as well. Place your filling in a zip-loc bag snip off the corner & fill the egg halves. (You may want to add mayo in smaller amounts to get the consistancy that you like.)

These are all good answers. Just remember to buy your eggs the week before you plan to devil them. Real fresh eggs do not peel well.
