I was the valedictorian of my high school graduating class, am currently an honors student in college on a full academic scholarship, and have won several awards in music and writing.

how do you get nominated for valedictorian? i thought valedictorian was just whoever had the highest gpa, i didn't know it got put to a vote.
won 1st place in several photography contests
valedictorian
beta club member and vp senior year
ta to the photography teacher my senior year
full scholarships to 3 colleges (all of which i turned down. haha)
graduated high school and college with honors
1st place in a several slam poetry competitions
got a book published (my highest honor yet)
yeah, i'm proud of myself.

First chair throughout middle school & high school (those familiar with band will realize this honor).
Finished College with a GPA of 3.9 (top percent of the graduating class) - yay!

65th place in a writing contest.
It sounds silly, but I entered the contest as a lark, and beat out over 1000 other people for 65th place. It was inspiring in a strange way.

In High School my tennis partner and I were the league double champs three years in a row.
I graduated college summa cume laude.
I was voted "Most likely to be on the news one day" in the high school mock elections. I took it as a compliment.

they're too numerous to mention so I'll list the one most important honor to me. I was made a trustee in state prison out of approx 3000 inmates after only 3 months.
