My emploer delays giving me my W2 form for tax return. I used to work there as a part time employee last summer. I am back this summer and keep on reminding him every 3 days. He says, oooh, sorry, in a few days you will get it. This few day last since february. Any suggestions? Where should I call? I got an extension until september.

contact the irs...tell them what has happened...there is a form that you can fill out and submit with your tax return. the form states that you did not receive a w-2 from your employer...he may be fined.
in any case..use the information on your last pay stub in december 2006 to file the taxes and send in the completed form for missing w-2 with it.....and i am pretty sure you can download that form from irs.gov

good luck

Ask him again and then tell the IRS. Call 1-800-829-1040

Don't make it adversarial. You just want the W2. IRS should have a copy, too.

Turn him in to the IRS in your area. The law states that they have to get your w-2 to you no later than Feb.1st. I had the same problem with one of my employers.

Call the IRS. They'll contact your former employer, and light a fire under them.
